We have a marketing promotion kit which is available for customers to have access to. This provides a suite of materials for customers to use to either joint brand or adapt to help promote the EV chargers to their own customers. Wattif EV will provide customers will all the information they need, from signage and branding to instructions for anyone in the business who may be asked to help an EV user, newsletter and website content etc.

You supply the electricity from your property or mains supply, so any green energy electricity supply agreements you have will power the chargers. Wattif doesn’t have a separate power supply unless agreed with the customer.

Yes, you can use your building’s electrical infrastructure for PV installations. We can also investigate providing PV canopies for the chargers too.

You use your current energy provider, so will be charged at your current rate with no penalty, unless you’ve an agreed site maximum demand. When you negotiate to renew your contract, you’ll have EV-C data to review the demand and usage times. So can negotiate a rate for off peak use and reduce charging costs.

Yes that can be included in the package if required.

Both parties sign a letter of intent to allow the research phase to go ahead. Then, once the agreement has been discussed and finalised, both parties will sign it.

This is flexible and depends on the package chosen. This will be specified during the discussions once we’re sure of the exact costs.

Ownership is determined by the package you choose. Maintenance and operation is almost always the responsibility of Wattif. Find out more about our aftercare and maintenance service.

We can work with any EV charge point hardware provider which meets the latest OCPP protocol. For a full list of approved hardware suppliers, please get in touch.

We can use any hardware (as long as it complies with OCPP regulations), so can expand your on-site EV charging capability using the latest technology and mix rapid and fast charging depending on your requirements and electrical infrastructure capacity. You’ll always need to cater for both old and new EV cars together, so we can offer a mix of charge point types and plan upgrades accordingly. Contract renewals or upgrade provision will cover product end of life.

Depending on the package required, we will discuss costs during the agreement phase. We have an open book policy on the cost of hardware, groundwork and installation (if applicable). If you want to undertake groundwork and installation yourselves or through your approved supply chain, we can include this in the model and costings.

Depending on the package required, Wattif can access the site, carry out a feasibility study, and provide modelling within four weeks. Any planning or building regulation surveys will be the responsibility of your local authority, so we estimate eight weeks from issuing plans.

Wattif has an online portal and can take meter readings from your distribution board to the chargers. If required, Wattif can provide daily, weekly and monthly reports.
