- Realtime charger status information via the app or website
- 24/7 software technical support phone line, available in English, German, Norwegian, and Swedish
- Additional upgrades to 24/7 visibility for issue detection (if you choose to include the maintenance package) and we even offer Hardware maintenance (if included in your package)
- With proactive charger monitoring (we see if chargers are down via our app), we can see which chargers are online and which have faults meaning quicker repair, less downtime, and better customer service for your users
- Auto-fault recovery remotely via the cloud and Remote maintenance options
